Ted Koppel, longtime anchor of ABC News’ Nightline, who earned his master’s degree at Stanford in 1962, will deliver the Mimi and Peter E. Haas Distinguished Visitor Lecture on Public Service and the University. He will speak about "A Brief History of News: Fake, the Other Kind, and Where We Go form Here."

RSVP: This event is free and open to the public, but an RSVP is required. The Distinguished Visitor event begins with a reception at 4:30 p.m., followed by the lecture at 5:00 p.m.
