You are invited to join the Blackhawk Republican Women Federated for hors d'oeuvres and no-host cocktails as they hear a presentation by attorney Mark Meuser, Candidate for Secretary of State, the state's chief election officer.  He will discuss problems with California's election process as well as his priorities to protect citizens' voting rights, restore confidence in secure and fair elections, and utilize Silicon Valley knowledge and experience to modernize the office.
