The Marin Republican Women Federated will hold a luncheon meeting featuring Naweed Tahmas, Vice President of the UC Berkeley College Republicans. Bringing conservative speakers to the UC Berkeley campus, and eventually having to take the university to court to protect free speech has resulted in Naweed facing routine attacks and threats.  He will discuss "UC Berkeley’s Free Speech Problem: Can It Reclaim the Free Speech Mantle?"
