The Monterey County Republican Party will host their Reagan Dinner with keynote speaker Shelby Steele, author, columnist, filmmaker, and Senior Fellow at the Hoover Institute. Steele specializes in the study of race relations, multiculturalism, and affirmative action. Also speaking will be GOP candidates, including John Cox and Assemblyman Travis Allen, both running for Governor of California.
