Novato Republican Women Federated invites you to the May Luncheon with special guest speaker Mary L.G. Theroux. As a Senior Vice President of the Independent Institute, Mary evaluates, refines, and proposes solutions to major social and economic issues. The Independent Institute acts as an unbiased arbiter. While government grows at a steady rate, a crisis such as COVID dramatically spikes its control. When a crisis ends, controls and restrictions typically don’t return to the pre-crisis level. There are an increasing number of crisis situations.
