The San Mateo County Republican Party invites you to a Jazz, Politics and Wine Reception featuring Guest Speaker Leo Lacayo. Leo Lacayo is a third generation San Franciscan. He was head of the American Nicaragua School when he was kidnapped by the Sandinistas in 1981, and he worked with the Nicaragua Resistance. Leo was the Bay Area Hispanic Chair for Bush-Cheney in 2000. He has served as a media surrogate of the Republican National Party. His company, Lacayo & Associates, provides a variety of immigration and non-immigration services.
