The Education Rights Group will host a discussion with Dr. Gloria Romero, California Director of Democrats for Education Reform. While in the State Senate, Dr. Romero successfully authored the Parent Trigger Law that allows a simple majority of parents to take over a failing school. She will discuss the pros and cons of public charter schools.
