John Yoo is the author of several books including “The Powers of War and Peace: The Constitution and Foreign Affairs after 9/11”. Professor Yoo will discuss the recent revelations of the NSA’s PRISM program, the status of whistle-blower Edward Snowden, outcomes of recent Supreme Court decisions, and other current topics. Daniel M. Kolkey is a partner in the San Francisco law firm of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. Prior to returning to private practice, Mr. Kolkey served as an Associate Justice on the California Court of Appeal, Third Appellate District, in Sacramento for five years.
