The Novato Republican Women, Federated will host Randal O’Toole, Cato Institute Senior Fellow at their next luncheon. O’Toole says Plan Bay Area (PBA) will do more harm than good. His lecture will provide you with tools and information necessary in explaining and discussing PBA with neighbors and friends.
