The San Ramon Valley Republican Women Federated will host a luncheon with with featured speaker Linda Turnbull on the topic “The Secret World of our Local Teenagers”. Turnbull is founder and Executive Director of Teen Esteem, a program for area schools that promotes healthy lifestyles and addresses high risk adolescent behavior.
