The Conservative Forum of Silicon Valley welcomes Sheriff Joe Arpaio of Maricopa County, Arizona. Known as “America’s Toughest Sheriff,” Arpaio has served since 1992 and implemented a number of innovative programs to reduce jail costs, reduce recidivism and reduce crime.
