The Commonwealth Club will host a presentation by former U.S. Secretary of the Treasury and author Hank Paulson. As head of Goldman Sachs, Paulson was pivotal in opening up China to private enterprise. As Treasury Secretary, he encouraged trade with the newly emerging economic powerhouse. His topic will be “Dealing with China” and his book is called “Dealing With China: An Insider Unmasks the New Economic Superpower.”
