The South Peninsula Area Republican Coalition will feature retired Judge, San Francisco Supervisor, and Senator Quentin Kopp at their monthly dinner meeting. His topic will be “Crazy Train or the Big Engine that Could?” Kopp is the former head of the California High-Speed Rail Authority who has expressed concerns about the project’s direction.
