The Marin Republican Women Federated will host a luncheon meeting with guest speaker Catharine B. Baker, Assemblywoman District 16. Assembly Member Baker has already made her mark in Sacramento as Vice-Chair of the Higher Education Committee, in addition to serving on the committees on Transportation, Business and Professions, Privacy and Consumer Protection and the Joint Legislative Audit Committee.  Her topic will be “Inside the California State Assembly.”
