Brown, Director, Advocates for Public Safety.  Lynne is a driving force behind the only grassroots efforts to amend Assembly Bill 109 and Proposition 47 (prison realignment). After the passage of Prop 47, she joined another law enforcement officer’s wife as a co-administrator on the Overturn Prop 47 campaign on Facebook. Today, they have over 12,000 followers.
