Friends of the Philippines Council will host a Gala Luncheon Honoring the Veterans of The Philippines Liberation 70 years ago. The event will feature a hosted reception, lunch, displays, memorabilia, visual presentations of the Liberation, and guest speakers, including former Ambassador to the Philippines and Japan Michael Armacost, Major General Richard Keith (ret), and James Zobel, Archivist with the MacArthur Memorial Museum.
