The Commonwealth Club will host a presentation by New York Times Correspondent Steven Lee Myers.  He will be discussing his book “The New Tsar: The Rise and Reign of Vladimir Putin.” The discussion will be moderated by Edward Walker, Professor of Political Science and Executive Director of the Berkeley Program in Soviet and Post-Soviet Studies at UC Berkeley.
