McQuillan, Senior Fellow and Director of the Center on Entrepreneurial Innovation at the Independent Institute. He will address a solution to California’s Public Pension Crisis, including reforms that will preserve pension benefits already earned. He will also explain how governments can switch to sustainable 401k-style defined contribution plans.
