The South Peninsula Area Republican Coalition (SPARC) will hold their Annual Summer Picnic at the lovely grounds of the historic Morgan Manor. The event will feature a presentation by former Congressman Doug Ose who recently served on the Rules Committee at the Republican National Convention.
