The Silicon Valley Association of Republican Women will host their breakfast meeting with guest speaker and former San Jose City Councilmember Pete Constant. Pete is an active member of the Silicon Valley Taxpayers Association and is a Senior Fellow with the Pension Reform Project at the Reason Foundation.
