The Novato Republican Women Federated will host a Holiday Boutique and luncheon, including the installation of officers for 2017. Guests are asked to bring their favorite cookies, candies, pies, etc. or their crafts, Christmas decorations or gently used items you’d like to “regift.”  The unwrapped gifts will be available for the highest bidders.
