The Pacific Research Institute and the Institute for Justice will present a luncheon and book signing with author Dick Carpenter.  He will discuss his book, “Bottleneckers: Gaming the Government for Power and Private Profit.” Bottleneckers provides a rich history and well-researched examples of bottleneckers in one occupation after another, pointing the way to positive reforms and a resource to push back on the forces of bigger government.
