The Monterey Peninsula Republican Women Federated will host a luncheon with special guest Lisa Nelson, CEO of the American Legislative Exchange Council. Nelson had served as the Public Affairs Liaison for Speaker of the House Newt Gingrich. Her topic will be “Understanding the Trump Phenomenon.”
