The Silicon Valley Association of Republican Women will host their breakfast meeting with guest speaker San Jose Chief of Police Eddie Garcia. Chief Garcia will discuss the latest on the San Jose Police Departments fight against crime.  Due to litigation currently underway against the city in regards to the Trump Rally, it is unlikely that Chief Garcia is allowed to answer questions about that event.
