The Cato Institute will hold their Policy Perspectives 2019 City Seminar and Luncheon featuring Keynote speaker Monika Bickert, Facebook’s head of global policy management, speaking on free speech, security, and social media. The Luncheon Address will be made by Magatte Wade, Founder and CEO of Tiossan skin care line and proponent of improving African economic freedom and entrepreneurship. Cato scholars Matthew Feeney and Diego Zuluaga will discuss blockchain technology.
