The CoCoTax monthly breakfast will feature guest speaker Mary Horton, former Mayor of Pinole. She served on the Pinole City Council from 1990 to 2009; elected to five consecutive terms. Her topic will be "Vehicle Miles Traveled (VMT) tax. SB 1077 will tax motorists by vehicle miles traveled.
