The Contra Costa County Republican Central Committee is pleased to welcome Congressman Kevin Kiley as keynote speaker at its February Chairman's Dinner. Mr. Kiley is a dynamic, young conservative representing California's 3rd Congressional District. The 3rd District is the most geographically distinct in California, spanning most of the California-Nevada border and includes Plumas, Sierra, Nevada, Placer, Alpine, Mono, and Inyo, and parts of Yuba, El Dorado, and Sacramento counties.
