How do ordinary citizens launch a national policy campaign with no budget, no staff, and no formal authority -- and shape the decisions of a legislature? In this training, learn how a small student team designed and executed a six-week, coast-to-coast petition and outreach campaign that mobilized campuses, engaged elected officials, and helped drive national policy change. This session reveals a repeatable model for turning ideas into disciplined campaigns, organizing volunteers across regions, and moving issues from campus activism to real legislative impact.
