Catharine Baker will be speaking on Restoring Ballot Integrity in California at Blackhawk Country Club. Catharine Baker was the Legal Counsel for the David Harmer campaign's ballot integrity operations. Prior to law school, she served as a Senior Legislative aide to Congressman Sonny Bono.
