Dr. Hogan is a physicist with a BS from Princeton and PhD from Stanford University. Throughout the years Dr. Hogan has held many positions that include teaching, leading research teams at Princeton, the US EPA, FAA, US Army Corp of Engineers, 17 different State governmental agencies, and led teams with the CIA. He held positions with National Academy of Sciences advising the US President and Congress and with NASA. Dr. Hogan has authored over 1210 scientific books and peer reviewed articles.
