Assembly District 4 includes all or portions of the counties of Colusa, Lake, Napa, Solano, Sonoma and Yolo and the cities of American Canyon, Calistoga, Clearlake, Davis, Dixon, Lakeport, Napa, Rohnert Park, St. Helena, Williams, Winters, Woodland and Yountville.

While Democrats have lately been touting that California is once again returning to its glory days, our beautiful state is still home to one of the worst education systems in the country, one of the highest unemployment rates, one of the worst climates for small businesses, one of the highest tax rates, and one of the highest costs of living. We can fix these problems, and we can do it in a bi-partisan manner.”
Dustin is a legislative aide for Assemblyman Curt Hagman (R-Chino Hills) for whom he works on policy issues including K-12 & higher education and veterans affairs. He currently also serves on the Executive Committee of the Yolo County Republican Party and is a delegate to the California Republican Party. Dustin grew up participating in the Cub Scouts and Boy Scouts, starting at age 7. He eventually earned his Eagle Scout and has since served in multiple volunteer adult leader roles with the Boy Scouts, including as a Scoutmaster. Dustin and his wife Stephanie moved to Davis in 2011 so he could continue pursuing his education at the University of California, Davis. They still live in Davis and dream about raising their children there.
