The Contra Costa County Citizens for Responsible Government PAC is hosting Randal O'Toole of the Cato Institute. Randal O'Toole is a Cato Institute Senior Fellow working on urban growth, public land, and transportation issues. He will discuss "Smart Growth" and the impact on Contra Costa County.
