Barbara Wanvig, NHRWCF Board Member and former journalist will moderate Mr. Cagnon's presentation. John Dennis, former and incoming Chair of the Republican Liberty Caucus of California, will discuss his trip to Washington. William Lynch, Founder and Exec. Dir. of RISE (Roots for Individual & Social Empowerment) will discuss a 2014 ballot measure.
