Palo Alto RWF Luncheon with Bill Whalen

The Palo Alto Republican Women Federated will host a luncheon with featured speaker Bill Whalen, speaking on the topic "The 2014 Elections". Bill Whalen is a research fellow at the Hoover Institution where he studies and writes on current events and political trends.
