PRI Luncheon & Panel Discussion on the Future of the Golden State

The Pacific Research Institute will host a luncheon and panel discussion with special guests Steven Malanga, City Journal Senior Editor, Steven F. Hayward, Ph.D., Pacific Research Institute Senior Fellow, and Ben Boychuk, City Journal California Associate Editor. Panelists will discuss issues covered in the book "The Beholden State", a collection of City Journal essays on California's crisis, as some of the nation's top political thinkers explain what happened to the Golden State and offer prescriptions that would restore its luster.
