The South Peninsula Area Republican Coalition (SPARC) will host a dinner with featured speaker Kori Schake. She is a research fellow at the Hoover Institute and has held the Distinguished Chair in International Security Studies at the United States Military Academy. Schake worked at the Pentagon, State Department, and National Security Council. Her most recent book is "State of Disrepair: Fixing the Culture and Practice of the State Department". Her topic will be "Did America Just Lose the Middle East?"
