The Blackhawk Republican Women Federated are pleased to present Frank Aquila.  He has written the book Sarah Palin:  Out of Nowhere, which discusses the selection of Governor Sarah Palin to be the vice-presidential nominee in 2008.  Social hour and hors d’oeuvres 5:30 PM; Program 6:15 PM.
