The Commonwealth Club will host guest speaker John Yoo, speaking on the topic “Taming Globalization”.  Mr. Yoo is known for his position as an officer in the U.S. Dept. of Justice during the George W. Bush administration.  In his forthcoming book, Taming Globalization, Yoo and co-author Julian Ku argue that the demands of globalization are placing a strain on the governmental structure of our country.
