The Silicon Valley Association of Republican Women will hold an event featuring Arizona’s Sheriff Richard Mack.  In 1994, Mack and six other sheriffs from across the country challenged the constitutionality of the Brady Bill and ultimately fought it all the way to the United States Supreme Court, where they won a monumental decision for freedom. On June 27, 1997, the Supreme Court ruled in Printz/Mack vs. USA that the Brady Bill was unconstitutional thus restoring the 10th Amendment.
