The Contra Costa Republican Party, with Chairman Becky Kolberg, invite you to an evening with John Yoo. The topic is “Obamacare at the Supreme Court and the Constitutional Future”. Professor Yoo is a professor of law at the University of California at Berkeley and a Visiting Scholar at the American Enterprise Institute. He was a deputy assistant attorney general in the Office of Legal Counsel of the U.S. Dept. of Justice where he worked on national security and terrorism after the Sept. 11 attacks. In addition he has a distinguished legal career serving in various capacities, including as general counsel of the Senate Judiciary Committee.
