The student group Stanford in Government will host a panel discussion on Proposition 30 between Bill Evers, Hoover Fellow, Former U.S. Asst. Secretary of Education, and Don Dawson, Member, Statewide Board of Directors, CA Teachers Association.
A second panel on Proposition 38 will feature Rick Hanushek, Hoover Fellow; leading school-finance economist, and Carol Kocivar, President, CA PTA. Also participating will be Andrew Crutchfield from CA Common Sense.
