    President Donald Trump and First Lady Melania Trump will host the 2020 Salute to America on the South Lawn of the White House and Ellipse. In addition to music, military demonstrations, and flyovers to honor our Nation’s service members and veterans, the President will deliver remarks that celebrate our independence and salute our amazing heritage. The evening will culminate with a spectacular fireworks display over the National Mall.

    Celebrate America’s 244th birthday with PBS’ 40th anniversary of its Independence Day celebration for our entire nation. The special 90-minute presentation will feature a tribute to our wounded warriors and their families, as well as to our new American heroes on the front lines in the fight against the pandemic. The concert will feature award-winning performers with fireworks planned.

    The show is on KQED (Channel 9 in many locations) and repeats at 9:30pm.

    The President’s acceptance speech will take place on Thursday and will be live from the White House.
