The Santa Rosa Republican Women Federated will host a luncheon meeting with featured speaker Lance Izumi, Senior Director of the Pacific Research Institute’s Center for Education and Koret Senior Fellow in Education Studies. Mr. Izumi authored the highly acclaimed 2012 book Obama’s Education Takeover, which describes the centralization of education policymaking in Washington under President Obama. He served on President Trump’s transition agency action team for education policy, drafting policy papers and recommendations.
