Tuesday, January 22, 2019The San Mateo County Republican Party will hold their Live Jazz, Wine & Politics Series with special guest former Assemblyman and Candidate for State GOP Chair Travis Allen. The SMGOP has not endorsed a candidate for Chair and enjoys the opportunity for San Mateo County Republicans to hear from each candidate. Candidates for additional party offices may be present as well.

State of the Union Address State of the Union Address

Tuesday, February 5, 2019President Donald J. Trump will give the State of the Union Address after being delayed for one week. The Democrat response will be given by Stacey Abrams, unsuccessful candidate for Governor of Georgia.
Barring any further changes, the State of the Union address is now scheduled to air at 6pm PST on ABC, CBS, Fox, NBC, PBS NewsHour and Telemundo. The speech will also be available for live-streaming via NBC News.
