The Piedmont Area Republican Women will host a luncheon featuring Santa Clara County GOP Chairman Charles Munger Jr.  on the topic “Redistricting and the Open Primary”.  Charles Munger Jr. is a Stanford nuclear physicist who led the campaign to pass Proposition 20 and defeat Proposition 27, denying Democrats the power to draw new districts in California.
