We have received calls from so many that need services this election season, but we are not able to serve everyone.  We really wish we could!   Many of you have shown interest in training so that you can build confidence in doing your own treasurer work or be able to have a resource for your treasurer who may be new at providing treasurer services.

Who is this training for?   

This training is for candidates for state or local office in California. This training will be geared towards candidates who are serving as their own treasurer and for those candidates who have a volunteer/nonprofessional treasurer.

What will be covered in this training?

  • Startup procedures with bank, 410 and credit card processing.
  • Record keeping systems and software options.
  • Processing incoming contributions, deposit procedures and contributor correspondence.
  • Processing vendor payments, credit card usage and sub vendor information.
  • 497 Filings
  • 460 Filings
  • Electronic Filing
  • Filing schedule
  • Question and answer time.

Via Zoom  –   July 16th –   9 am to Noon

$75 per team  (Up to 2 People –  For example – Candidate and Treasurer/Support Person)
