The Republican Club at the Villages is pleased to have Ruben Barrales as the featured speaker for the February dinner meeting. Mr. Barrales will speak about the importance of Latinos to the Republican Party. A former Santa Clara County Supervisor, Ruben is the President and CEO of “Grow Elect” a political action committee that recruits, endorses, trains, and funds Latino Republican candidates for public office. He previously served as Deputy Assistant to President George W. Bush, and was also the Director of the Office of Intergovernmental Affairs.
