At their monthly luncheon, the Mid-Peninsula Republican Women Federated host Ruben Barrales, the President and CEO of GROW ELECT, a political action committee that recruits and supports Latino Republican candidates. Ruben was the first Latino elected a San Mateo County Supervisor. He later served as Director of Intergovernmental Affairs for President George W. Bush. Social 11:15 am, meeting 11:45.
