Join the South Peninsula Area Republican Coalition for an evening of food, wine, as well as stimulating discussion of economic and government policies with featured speaker Lydia Ortega, Associate Professor of Economics at San Jose State University. Lydia teaches microeconomics, public finance, and industrial organization and has published several articles in the area of political economy. She is conducting research on economics education and is part of a three-member team that has developed multimedia software tutorial in economics. She has also been active in the Hispanic Women’s Council.
