The Napa Valley Republican Women Federated will host their luncheon meeting with speaker Jeff Saperstein, a volunteer advocate for Israel. Mr. Saperstein has had a long career as a marketing consultant, graduate business school Instructor, and co-author of eight books. He frequently publishes opinion pieces on the Arab Israeli conflict and has led information missions to Israel. Topic: “The Changing Context of the Middle East and the Roles of our Allies”.
